Bookings and payments
Enrolling into our courses is possible all year long.
Bookings courses should be made at least 15 days before they start by filling the online form. A photocopy of your ID card is requested.
Payment of 50% of your course can be made by: bank transfer, international check, cash. On the first day of class, you will pay the remaining amount.

Request of subscription
School regulation:
- Students who are not present in the courses for personal reasons and without prior notice will receive no refund for the amount paid for the course.
- Missed lessons can not be recovered
- On public holidays and on 24 June (San Giovanni, patron saint of the city day), lessons will be suspended and won't be recovered, except in special cases.
- School is not responsible in case of losses, damages or injuries caused by students for any reason in any way
- Students are responsible for damages caused by them to schools' property during lesson time/during the course.
- Students who start late in the course chosen or interrupt in advance shall not be entitled to any refund.
- Cancellation of enrollment: If cancellation occurs within 31 days of enrollment, you will be entitled to a total refund of the fee. If cancellation occurs within 15 days of enrollment, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the fee. After 15 days, fees won't be refundable.
- The costs relating to bank transfers are to be considered payable by students.
- By submitting your application form, the student agrees to abide the rules of the school.
- Any legal dispute will be taken in charge by the court of Florence.
